1. You leave a request on the website or by phone 2. We are preparing a proposal with inspiring ideas and a preliminary estimate 3. We get to know you personally, take measurements of the site and create an updated offer 4. We conclude a contract and issue an invoice for prepayment in the amount of 50% of the total amount 5. At the appointed time, we carry out the decoration of the event, sign acts and an invoice for the remaining amount 6. We exchange photos from the event, compliments and pleasant impressions from working together
We accept credit cards, Checks, Zeller and PayPal.
To reserve your date, we require a 50% deposit. The remainder is due 7 days prior to your event.
Our experienced design consultants, along with our courteous drivers will arrive to deliver and setup your special day. They will return to breakdown and pick up as well, so that you can just enjoy your special day!
Rental items are part of the unique things we offer. Typically, we will arrange to pick up any rental items at the end of the evening, once the reception has ended. In certain cases, we will pick up rental items the next day, so in any instance you can be worry-free about returning them to us.
No worries. We have the required worker’s liability insurance. You can have peace of mind.
